A collaborative network for everyone in the Scottish aquaculture industry

WiSA is a collaborative network for everyone working in the Scottish aquaculture industry. Open for all to join, WiSA will promote the diverse and rewarding careers that are available in aquaculture, to encourage more women to enter the sector. It will also support the progression, opportunities and development of women who are already working in aquaculture. 

WiSA aims:

1. TO RAISE AWARENESS of the opportunities for women to work in the aquaculture industry;
2. TO PROVIDE A NETWORK for women to develop their careers within the industry;
3. TO SUPPORT INDUSTRY in developing the potential of women within the workplace at all levels.
